The hotel management in aTurnos

1. Adjusting the personnel to the demand

With the number of bookings and/or pax we measure the needed personnel according to your quality of service by department

This planning takes into account any other skill you need such as the language

Calculate the number of full-time and part-time contracts required

Analyze the available hours to cover peak demand or extra tasks

2. Planning and Costs

Now we name the employees needed.

Adjust contracts for departments with dynamic needs: Floors, Restoration or Hall.

Use the shift calculator to cover the daily coverage for departments such as Reception.

Set typical or pre-established shifting patterns in the company, for example 5 + 2.

Validate the cost of personnel by department according to the type of day: normal, weekend, holiday.

3. Attendance and Task management

Collect the time and attendance punches from different sources: Web clocking filtered by IP´s, Fingerprint systems, NFC, Beacons or from your current system.

Use a new attendance system that collects information from Beacons and integrates it with task management. This process does not require any action by the worker and the data is collected automatically.

For example, associate Beacons to task management, so that the waitress once finishes cleaning the roo will notify it on her device and at that moment, the client will receive a notificacion on his/her device informing that the room is ready to be occupied.

4. Daily Operations

Once planned by the Operations Department and by the Hotel´s Manager, day-to-day operations are managed by the managers of each department. These can have a role as planners that, in addition to the task of validating processes, can plan deviations, create patterns and approve or deny vacation requests, permissions, changes between workers or validate overtime or absences that come from the Time and Attendance control

In the case of shift swapping, if you wish, it can be enabled only if the applicant and the substitute have the same abilities to maintain the quality of the service. For example, if they have the same knowledge of languages or of upselling and cross-selling techniques.

5. Export to Payroll

All the information registered in the schedule, the time and attendance control, the modifications as well as the data of the work reports informed by the users can be transferred to payroll through a simple interface

This process can be launched by the headquarter to all the teams in a defined batch process

Automatically generate work reports for possible labor inspections

You can integrate automatically with a payroll system such as SAP, A3, Meta4, Milena, Ekon, Sage, etc.

6. The Labor Inspection. Law Enforcement Employee Scheduling
